For the Local Player Award, players must present a document proving their residence in Gaziantep during registration check-in.   Transportation Between the Bus Terminal and KYK Dormitories A paid transfer service will be provided between the bus terminal and the KYK dormitories for the players and parents/guardians attending our Gazi Open Tournament. The transfer fee is 150 ₺ per person. No new registrations will be accepted.   Parent/Guardian Consent Form For registered players under the age of 18 who will be staying in KYK dormitories and who will not be able to travel with their parent/guardian, having the parent/guardian consent form below filled out and signed by their parent/guardian, and bringing it with them, will make the dormitory check-in process easier.
